Hanan J. Sboul, Secretary General of the Jordanian Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers JAPM, member of the Management Committee of the International Generic & Biosimilar Medicines Association IGBA. Hanan has Joined JAPM as Secretary General in 2005. Prior to that she worked for JFDA as Registration & Pricing Officer for 10 years. Hanan is actively engaged in promoting quality standards, policies & regulations to improve access to quality, safe & effective medicines. She is a member of the USP Council of Convention 2020-2025 Cycle, the Chair of the USP Convention Membership Committee & the Chair of USP MENA Regional Chapter, she is the Vice Chair of the Steering Committee of Jordan Pharmaceutical Center of Excellence and a member of Hashemite University Board of Trustees, Hanan was the moderator of the Pharmaceutical Industry group in the National Team assigned by the Royal Court to develop Jordan’s Economic Modernization Vision 2023-2033.

Hanan is a Member of the Board of Jordan Food and Drug Administration JFDA 2018-2023, was a Member of the Higher Education Council 2018-2021, Member of the Board of the Scientific Research Fund 2015-2019, a Member of the Higher Committee of Drugs & Pharmacy, JFDA 2010-2018, and the Chair of IGBA in 2020.

Hanan holds MBA from Jordan University, 2000 and B.A in Pharmacy from Yarmouk University, 1986. She was Certified by the American Society of Association Executives as a Certifies Association Executive CAE in 2005.
